
Kirk is from Moses Lake, Washington and attended the University
of Nevada, Reno. Kirk played on the golf team there as an All-American and
graduated in 1982 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After leaving college,
Kirk became a touring professional. Kirk spent almost five years traveling
around the world playing on the Australian, Asian, and Canadian tours. Kirk
gained membership on the USPGA Tour in the fall of 1989. Easily recognized
by his signature Bucket hat, Kirk is always among the tour leaders in the all-around
statistical category. He has been one of the tours steadiest performers - ranked
in the top 125 money winners every season since 1990, and in the top 70 in
each of the last six seasons. In 1996 Kirk recorded a tour best 27 consecutive
sub-par rounds. His highest ranking has been 29th, when he earned $644,607
in 1995. He has had six runner-up finishes before his 2000 break-through season,
during which he won his first PGA tour event at the 2000 Nissan Open, topped
$1 million in earnings before the Masters, and finished in the top 10 in four
other tournaments. Kirk and his wife Cathi were married in 1990. They have
four children, twins Sam and Conor, Alexis and Toby.
Ray Pearce was born on May 27, 1964, in Jackson, Tennessee. He was
taught the game of golf by his grandfather, longtime Old Hickory Country Club
Professional, Harold Eller. Ray turned professional in 1988 and worked as an
apprentice under Gene Dixon at Stones River Country Club in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
He completed PGA Business School I, Birmingham, Alabama, and PGA Business School
II, Calloway Gardens, Georgia. Ray's list of golfing wins include: Tennessee
State Assistants Championship-Fairfield Glade, Crossville, TN; Tennessee State
Assistants Championship at Willow Creek, Knoxville, TN; and Tennessee State
Assistants Championship at Hermitage Golf Course, Hermitage,TN.
Ray finished fifth in the PGA Tours Chattanooga Hamilton County Classic-70-68-64-66. He successfully qualified and earned his card to play The Ben Hogan Tour and competed on the tour from 1991 to 1993. In the 1991 Ben Hogan Classic, Ray finished runner-up to Tom Lehman. Ray’s experience also includes four years as a golf instructor at the Tennessee PGA Junior Golf Academy at the Golf House of Tennessee in Franklin, Tennessee. From 1999 to 2001 Ray worked on the construction and maintenance of the President’s reserve as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent under Bobby Schultz.
Steve Graham has spent the majority of his life in and around
the golf industry. He is the son of a fine amateur player and nephew of one
of Tennessee's greatest tour players. Steve first became interested in operating
a daily fee facility as he was working at several different courses while attending
Middle Tennessee State University. After graduating he worked for two years
as a PGA Assistant Professional at Windtree Golf Course, an 18 hole upper end
daily fee golf course.
Starting in 1994 Steve played professionl golf for two and a half years on several of the smaller tours in the U.S. Then in 1996 Steve returned to Windtree where his duties included: managing the golf shop, grounds crew,creating work schedules and managing labor costs, accounting on a daily basis,controlling inventory,,planning and managing tournaments,coordinating with food and beverage department, teaching golf lessons, to groups and individuals, men and women juniors, operating week long junior golf clinic with over 40 participants and repairing golf clubs.
In 1998 Steve went to work for McHenry Metals Golf in their tour promotions department. His responsibilities and accomplishments include establishing personal relationships with tour professionals, making McHenry Metals the number one Driver model on the Senior PGA Tour during the 1999 Season. he also provided player product support by fiitting products to the players and building clubs to their secifications. He participated in budget preparations and player contract negotiations and communicated to the McHenry company on all issues concerning player relations,product performance and club design.
